Deposits & Payments

Deposit: 25–50% due at approval (applied to total).

Rush options: Limited capacity; priced case-by-case.

Balance: Due at completion before pickup/return shipment.

Lead Times (typical business days)
These are working-day estimates from when your parts and final artwork are received.

Single color: 7–10 days (often faster; rush available)

Multi-color / patterns: quoted after intake; add time for masking & cure cycles

Re-coat after laser work: add 1–2 days

What drives price (all services)

Surface prep & disassembly: seized hardware, prior finishes, polishing, de-grease time

Masking complexity: multi-color, micro-details, stencils, fades, camo

Material & geometry: steels vs. polymers, thin walls, heat sensitivity

Artwork level: vector cleanup, redesign, test panels, proof cycles

QC & reassembly: thread chasing, timing, alignment, torque, Loctite spec

Rush: after-hours curing or line reprioritization

Artwork & Files

Preferred: vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or high-res PNG (transparent).

If you don’t have print-ready art, we can convert/clean it. Design time is quoted up front.

NFA trust/info marks are sized to meet ATF spec (≥ 1/16" tall and ≥ 0.003" depth where applicable).

Shipping & Returns

Local: drop-off/pick-up is fastest.

Ship-in (non-NFA): UPS, FedEx, or USPS allowed.

Ship-in (NFA items): UPS/FedEx only. Out-of-state NFA returns typically require a Form 5 transfer; we’ll advise during intake.

Insurance & signature required on all shipments. Customer pays actual carrier costs; estimates include a 15% buffer for rate changes.

We do not accept uploads of IDs or Forms on the website. After intake, you’ll email your Form 1/4 and a front image of your valid ID within 24–48 hours for ownership/address verification.

We comply with all state restrictions; some states are not eligible for certain services or shipments.

Quality & Warranty

Every job includes QC checks before release.

Finish wear from normal use is not a defect; we’ll advise best practices for care.

If we spot an issue during intake (fitment, tolerance, prior damage), we’ll pause and contact you before proceeding.
